Acquisition of the factory by Od Chemie GmbH.

The plant is damaged in the war and then reconstructed, the State Superphosphate Factory is founded in Szczecin, Leon Roniewicz is appointed the first Polish director.

Founding of the state-owned business Szczecińskie Zakłady Nawozów Fosforowych.

18 August 1949

Acquisition of the plant by the state.

July 1951

Renaming of the factory to Szczecińskie Zakłady Nawozów Fosforowych “Superfosfat”.

Commencement of the production of granulated superphosphate.

Commissioning of the plant for the production of Fructus garden fertilisers.
